Service summary

Situated next door to SS Peter & Paul's Church in Ilford, the Cardinal Heenan Centre offers a variety of community services and access to advice. 

The following community groups are currently based at the centre:

- Disabled Women's Network
- Eastside Community Heritage (training and assessment centre for cultural heritage)
- Master Brain (tuition including maths, english and preparation for the 11+ selection tests)
- Melting Pot (lunch club every Tuesday and Thursday)
- Muslim Women's Welfare Association (help, support and training for women)
- Refugee and Migrant Forum of East London (RAMFEL) (advice and support for refugees)
- Somali Welfare for the Somali Community
- Kaizen Ryu Karate Club (karate classes)
- Vision RCL (senior citizen keep fit classes)

For more than a decade, the centre has offered one stop advice and counselling services to those in need, children, young people and their families of all denominations.

The centre also has meeting and training rooms available for hire.
