Service summary

ELHAP is one of the country's leading adventure playgrounds for children, young people and adults with learning and physical disabilities. ELHAP has charity status and offers much needed activities and day services for people of all ages. Fees apply to attend ELHAP and these can be paid for by direct payments or the local authority, if you are eligible.  

Facilities include:

- adventure play opportunities for thousands of children and young people each year from North East London and Essex.
- day service for adults
- information on matters relating to activities suitable for disabled people
- youth services such as a term-time Saturday club to help let-off some steam, holiday playschemes, group visits and emergency respite 
- play schemes for children such as a holiday club, term-time activities and respite.
