Service summary

The National Domestic Violence Helpline provides access to 24-hour emergency refuge accommodation, as well as an information service, including safety planning and translation facilities to thousands of women who suffer at the hands of an abusive partner.

The helpline is run in partnership between Women's Aid and Refuge. If you require an urgent response or need in-depth emotional support please contact the Freephone 24 hour Helpline.

Email service: Due to limited resources, Women's Aid can only offer limited support by email. For best on-going support or information, call the telephone helpline. When leaving a message, please state when it is safe to respond and to which telephone number or email address. Your safety is their main concern.
