Service summary

The NHS Smokefree service provides a confidential, free advice service on smoking and paan chewing, including information on Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and local support groups.

A helpline is available in a variety of languages and provides free advice on how to stop smoking and the support which is available. Callers can be referred onto local cessation services and other appropriate agencies.
