Service summary

The Richmond Fellowship is a specialist charitable provider of mental health services and works with people who have been affected with mental health problems. 

Employment service and RETAIN
The service supports people who have or are recovering from mental health problems and wish to return to paid employment, voluntary work or training. It offers information, advice and guidance across a range of skill sets through one to one sessions with Employment Advisors.

RETAIN is a job retention project for people with mental health problems which aims to maximise their chances of retaining their employment where problems arise. It does this by providing support and advice to people with mental health problems and to their employers.

Community options
A community based day service offering support and guidance to people wanting to make a recovery from mental health difficulties via one to one support, guidance and person centered action planning.

You are invited to set your own goals and identify the steps required to achieve them. Staff will work in partnership with primary and secondary care services in Redbridge as well as other local resources such as colleges and leisure facilities to provide a smooth pathway to health and wellbeing.

Supported housing service
Accommodation base service offering shared accommodation and trained staff to help you maintain your tenancy, develop independent living skills and access meaningful activities by way of community services.

There is no charge. Although, people must live in Redbridge, be over 18 and have a mental health challenge to access services.
