Service summary

If you or someone you care about has had a stroke, the Redbridge family and carer support service can provide practical advice, essential information and emotional support. 

They will work closely with you to set your own goals and help you achieve them, making sure your needs are met as you make a recovery. 
Services that could be offered include friendship networks, hospital and home visits, access to support groups, help returning to work and much more. 
The Stoke Association does have a helpline which is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm and Thursday, 9.00am to 3.30pm. Call on 0303 3033 100 or email
