Turning Point provides health and social care services for people with complex needs and is the UK's leading health and social care organisation.
It helps those are affected by drug and alcohol misuse, mental health problems and those with a learning disability to help them turn their lives around.
By tailoring services, it creates individual ways to support service users to face their personal challenges. It can support them to:
• keep a stable home
• find the right job
• learn new skills
• rebuild family relationships and
• help them to maximise the opportunities in their lives
Specialist services support people with the challenges associated with:
• substance misuse
• mental health issues
• learning disability
These are either separately or frequently combined.
In order to provide the best possible service, they work with:
• probation teams
• mental health teams
• other social enterprises in the community
