Clearwater Care provides specialist care services for people with complex needs, autistic conditions and serve learning disabilities. They residential and supported living services deliver levels of care designed to maximise people's potential and independence.
- No 8 Harold Road is a community home in Leytonstone providing opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
- Forest Haven in Chingford provides registered residential care for five individuals who have a diagnosis of autism or autistic spectrum condition.
- 42 Fairkytes Avenue in Hornchurch is a registered residential care for four individuals who have a diagnosis of autism or reduced cognitive function.
- 3 Craigdale Road, Romford offers a transitional supported living service (on average lasts up to two years) for up to five adults/young people with learning disabilities or people with autistic conditions.
Services promote the creation of person centred support plans based on the specific areas of interest and abilities which individuals have that promote their independence, assisting them to develop skills for personal care and daily living and supporting them to make choices whilst also ensuring them that they remain safe and healthy.
Staff have extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic conditions and are skilled in developing models of communication that help individuals to take the lead in creating their own person centred support plans.
All services provide 24 hour support 365 days a year.
