Service summary

The Disability Law Service (DLS) provides information and advice to disabled and deaf people. It is run by disabled people and has grown from a voluntary organisation to a professional company.

DLS provides advice and information in the following six areas of law:
- Disability Discrimination
- Goods and Services
- Community Care
- Employment
- Welfare Benefits

The DLS is based at the Human Rights and Social Justice Centre at the Foundry, near Oval.
