GOV.UK provides an overview of the process and outlines the key details of the test including prices and  booking information. Please note, it does not provide the specific information and knowledge that you need to pass the test. This information can be found in the 'Life in the United Kingdom: A Journey to Citizenship' handbook. 

About the test
Not everyone has to take the Life in the UK Test. Visit the 'About the test' section to find out if you are eligible for an assessment. The test is computer-based and only available to take at an accredited Life in the UK Test centre in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
